Mr. Jensen did not submit a vulnerable adult abuse complaint in November of 2010.  Mr Jensen did submit an allegation of improper voter assistance, which would be an election law violation, in November of 2010.  I am confirming that this is the incident that you are seeking data about.  Please advise.

Please provide via e-mail all correspondences provided from your office and received by your office to all Minnesota State Elected Officials related to the vulnerable adult abuse complaint submitted to Crow Wing County by Montgomery Jensen in November of 2010.
 
If your office has received any documents/data via USPS, they will require scanning and the CWC Administrative Staff is familiar with the required process.
If your office has provided any documents/data, these documents can easily be attached from the original document created on CWC computers.
 
Please let me know if you have any concerns or problems with this data request.
